RALEIGH –August 19, 2010-- The most recent Carolina Opinion Survey showed that voters living in North Carolina’s 35th House District, located in Wake County, prefer Democratic incumbent Jennifer Weiss over Republican challenger Don Frantz by a margin of 48 percent to 36 percent.  Despite Weiss’ early lead, the final outcome will hinge on voter turnout and sentiment about the economy.
